They are a labor of love, made from scratch starting with the dough extruded to a thin strip, hand-cut into uniform pieces which are fried, processed to dry and remove most of the absorbed oil, frosted and packaged. A delightful melt-in-your-mouth delicacy! Available by the bushel for parties, too.
